My first reaction was that the before-and-after photos just didn’t look real. I wanted to believe the results, but something about them felt off right away, so I couldn’t really trust it.

I ordered from medicube because I was hoping it would help with my rough skin texture. After a few weeks, my cheeks did feel a little smoother, so I can’t say it did absolutely nothing. But for the price? What a joke. I expected way better results. Shipping also took longer than I thought, and one of the products made my skin feel weirdly tight. Overall, the results were too minor for me to justify buying again.

I bought this from medicube.us and ended up disappointed. The device felt weaker than I expected, I had to keep charging it, and after using it for weeks I really didn’t notice any real difference. For the price, I was hoping for a lot more. I also reached out to support and the replies felt like generic copy-paste answers, which just made the whole experience more frustrating.

The packing slip didn’t even match what was in the box. Weird. I emailed support, but it just dragged the whole thing out and made it more frustrating. Annoying. It’s such a letdown when you wait for an order and then it shows up wrong.

I tried reaching out to support and just never heard anything back. Kinda frustrating, felt like my message just went nowhere.

I’m a little confused by how much effort this adds to my daily routine. I thought it would make things easier, but it ended up feeling like more of a hassle than I expected.

I’ve been using medicube for around 6 weeks now, and I mean, I do think my hyperpigmentation looks a little lighter? Not completely gone or anything, but some of the spots have definitely faded more than others. My skin didn’t get irritated, which I was a little worried about, so that was a plus. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing but no real issues. I guess for the price I just expected a more noticeable difference by now, but it’s not like it did nothing either.
